Client Moonlight Basin, Member Services
I was given the task to design a fully customized app that streamlined the Member experience and promoted greater efficiency to the operations of the club. The interface allows Members to receive their information from a single source and club operations have a channel to funnel it through. Utilizing an app-based calendar would ensure Members have the most up-to-date information. Rather than emailing or calling Member Services to book, the process is updated to a simple interface and improves Member convenience.
While my approach was never realized, the interface was complete and development was underway.
